Where do you ship?
We ship within the United States only, including the continental USA. We do not offer international shipping.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Free shipping on every order, no minimum purchase required. What you see is what you pay. No Shipping price shock.
How long does shipping take?
All products are made to order, so orders typically ship within 2–5 business days. Once your order ships, delivery generally takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.
Sometimes an item will take longer to create, refer to the product for shipping times.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Use that number to track your package directly with the carrier. If you haven't received a tracking email within 5 business days of ordering, reach out at info@swagforadventures.com.
What is your return policy?
Because all products are printed on demand specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If something arrives damaged or defective, see the question below — we'll make it right.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@swagforadventures.com with a photo of the damage and your order number. We'll get a replacement out to you right away.
Can I customize a product?
Personalization is available on select products — look for the customization option on the product page. If you have a specific request, feel free to reach out at info@swagforadventures.com and we'll see what we can do.
